Currently, two towers of block C3 have been topped off by Hoa Binh 5 days ahead of schedule in early June 2021, block C4 tower is expected to be topped out in August.

In Phu Quoc, Tan A Dai Thanh Group Real Estate Joint Stock Company continued to assign Hoa Binh the third package of the Hung Phat - Phu Quoc high-class residential and urban area project. Accordingly, Hoa Binh is the main contractor to construct the entire structure from the foundation to the roof and complete the exterior, MEP waiting pipes of 104 townhouses 4-5 floors high in subdivision 2 (Apricot). with an estimated construction time of 241 days, the total value of the package is nearly 265 billion VND. With this third package, Hoa Binh is currently constructing a total of 310 townhouses of the Hung Phat - Phu Quoc high-class residential and urban area project.
