On March 30, 2022 in Hanoi, the signing ceremony of the construction contract and the groundbreaking ceremony of the project “Sports Service Center - Martial Arts - Hotel and Office” was held with the address in Cau Giay District, Hanoi City.

The project is a complex building including a martial arts service area, 01 office tower, 01 hotel tower with the scale of 03 basements and 15 floors, invested by Dai Hoang Long Trung Yen Co., Ltd. Immediately following the contract signing ceremony, the project commenced with the groundbreaking ceremony and it is expected that the project will be completed and handed over to the investor in February 2023.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, the Investor's representative, Mr. Vu Duc Tuan - Director of the Project Management Board said: "This is the first project that the investor Dai Hoang Long Trung Yen trusts to assign to the contractor Hoa Binh. We hope that with many years of experience, will promote its strengths to accompany the investor to deliver construction results that are safe, quality and ahead of schedule."
