On the morning of April 19, 2022, overcoming many difficulties and challenges during the construction process, the Kajima - Hoa Binh Joint Venture topped-out the Wink Hotel Tran Hung Dao in Da Nang on schedule.

Wink Hotel Tran Hung Dao is developed by the Da Nang Urban Hotel Development Company Limited. This is a modern construction, with a complex including Wink Hotel, Wink Suites branded serviced apartments and food and entertainment areas. Particularly, the 25-storey complex has a facade facing the Han River, promising to be the highlight of the dynamic Da Nang city, in which, the first 3 floors contain restaurants, bars, food and entertainment, with the remaining 22 floors including 252 hotel rooms and 70 Wink Suites serviced apartments.

The Wink Hotel Tran Hung Dao project was topped out on schedule despite many difficulties due to the pandemic and severe weather in the Central region.

During nearly two years of construction, the project has faced many challenges because of the harsh climate of the Central region and especially the complicated developments of the Covid-19 pandemic have greatly affected construction conditions. But with great determination and energy of construction staff, the Kajima - Hoa Binh Joint Venture together brought Wink Hotel Tran Hung Dao to complete on schedule with the highest fine art technique.

On behalf of the investor, Mr. Peter R. Ryder - CEO expressed his pleasure when Wink Hotel Tran Hung Dao topped out on schedule, following the success of Wink Hotel Tran Phu. He expressed his thanks to the collective efforts of the management team of the Kajima - Hoa Binh Joint Venture, the project having been completed with fine art technology, becoming a beauty of the coastal city of Da Nang.

Although during the construction process, many difficulties were encountered due to external factors, but we all found solutions to overcome and win!"

According to the plan, Wink Hotel Tran Hung Dao will be completely handed over to the investor in the fourth quarter of this year. This project will mark the success of the third hotel in a chain of 20 Wink Hotels in Vietnam.
