During the actual construction process, difficulties in harsh climate, coastal soil, roads and lack of electricity and water have partly affected the construction speed.

However, with the determination of Hoa Binh, the Hoa Binh steering committee has ensured the project will be delivered on committed schedule. On April 22, 2022, Hoa Binh happily topped off the main gate area of the project. During the past construction period, all safety works were maintained at maximum levels, ensuring that no external factors affected the progress and quality of construction.

Immediately after the topping-out ceremony, the next items of the Dragon Hill International Tourist Area will be discussed by the Hoa Binh Steering Committee, propose plans and commence construction swiftly. It is expected that the project gate area will be completed in June this year.
