The project has a scale of 1 basement, 3 podium floors and 2 26-storey towers, invested by Thuan Loi Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

Legacy Central was executed in the context of the complicated Covid-19 pandemic, the construction work was affected, and Hoa Binh took many appropriate measures to improve the quality and to speed up the construction progress from 12-15 days/floor to 5-6 days/floor and set a record when in just 75 days and nights, more than 9,000m2 of basement foundation was completed, far exceeding the original schedule.

The project is expected to be handed over to the Investor in the second quarter of 2023.
