Hoa Binh starts construction of Aqua Riverside City project

The project has a scale of 574 villas located in Aqua City in Dong Nai. Hoa Binh is the main contractor for construction, rough finishing and MEP, Long Hung Phat Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd. is the Investor. Expected completion and handover will be in October 2023.

Aqua Riverside City project of 81 hectares

Previously, the first villas in Aqua City have been handed over to customers by the Investor. These were villas of the Aqua Riverside City project (309 units) by Hoa Binh as the main contractor for construction, rough finishing and MEP.
