With a total gross floor area of more than 106,000 m2, the project has a scale of 4 production plants of 2-storey, 18 office zones of 4-storey, and an auxiliary area. When construction started in the period after the Covid-19 pandemic, human resources mobilization and the fluctuations in the price of raw materials made construction difficult. With all the unremitting efforts of the Project Management Board and the team of talented engineers, after more than one year, the project has been completed and handed over with committed quality.

Not only achieving more than 1 million hours of safety on site, but Hoa Binh also successfully constructed a superflat floor of Level 2 FF50, FL35. Mr. Ung Thanh Khiet - Project Director, said: “What brought the project to the finish line successfully was the progressive spirit, goodwill, and efforts of all Hoa Binh’s employees.
