On May 24, 2023, in Hai Phong City, tỷ lệ soi kèo bóng đá and the investor Thai-Holding Joint Stock Company officially signed the general contractor contract to construct the Social Housing Project at General Warehouse 3 Lac Vien. The total value of this contract is more than 3,000 billion VND.

Social Housing at General Warehouse 3 Lac Vien, located at 142 May Chai Ward and Cau Tre Ward (Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City), is an investment project to build social housing for sale and rent to realize the city's social housing development goals; resolution No. 04/NQ-HDND dated April 12, 2022, of the City People's Council on the project of building social housing in combination with housing settlement for households living in old apartment buildings in Hai Phong city. The project hopes to ensure the development of housing areas in the Ngo Quyen district, meeting the needs of people, especially people in old apartment buildings in Ngo Quyen, Hong Bang, and Hong Bang districts, ensuring the environment and landscape of the existing urban residential areas; improve the efficiency of land use, save urban land fund and provide focused services to serve people's lives - contributing to ensuring social security in the city.

In the contract of more than 3,000 billion VND signed this time, Hoa Binh assumes the role of a general contractor to execute the entire project, with a scale of 10 high-rise buildings - 15 floors each, 163 low-rise buildings - 7 floors each, and the whole technical infrastructure and garden landscape. The total project area is about 16.91 ha. This project is expected to be put into operation after 24 months from the commencement date.

In the context of the current challenging real estate market, the construction of this large-scale project is an effort of the investor and contractor Hoa Binh. Previously, the projects Novaworld Phan Thiet, Novaworld Ho Tram, and Santorini Bai Trao Hon Thom were restarted by investors and Hoa Binh, showing positive signals in the general market.
