Previously, on May 20, 2023, the Board of Directors of Hoa Binh issued a resolution on the conversion of 100% of the contributed capital of Hoa Binh Innovation Center Co., Ltd. to Nuance Co., Ltd or a third party designated by Nuance for 167 Billion VND.
