On 23th July 2024, tỷ lệ soi kèo bóng đá welcomed the Cuban Minister of Construction delegation led by Mr. René Mesa Villafaña - Minister of Construction of Cuba at Hoa Binh's Hanoi Representative Office.

The two sides had an initial exchange about the construction situation in Cuba in general as well as upcoming cooperation opportunities for Hoa Binh and its member companies in Cuban projects and works.

Sharing at this meeting, Mr. René Mesa Villafaña said: "This is the third time I have worked directly with Mr. Le Viet Hai and tỷ lệ soi kèo bóng đá. Thank you for the thorough and thoughtful preparation for today's meeting."

Earlier that morning, Chairman Le Viet Hai also attended the talks between Vietnam Minister of Construction - Mr Nguyen Thanh Nghi and Cuban Minister of Construction - Mr Rene Antonio Mesa Villafana at the Ministry of Construction headquarters.
