Glenvill has a growing project pipeline valued at over $2 billion AUD nationwide, with $750 million of this earmarked for Melbourne over the next few years. One notable project is a large-scale masterplan featuring 300 meters of riverfront, a major shopping mall, resort-style amenities, and four public parks. Furthermore, Hoa Binh and Glenvill are partnering to support the Victorian Government’s growth plan to build 60,000 homes in Melbourne over the next decade, addressing housing needs. Leveraging Hoa Binh’s in-house manufacturing capabilities with over 37 years of experience and Glenvill’s 66-year reputation, this collaboration presents effective solutions to bring more affordable, yet high-quality homes to the Australian market.

This event, held in partnership with the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (Auscham), saw support from Trade Commissioner Johnathan Saw and Economic Consul Kayzad Namdarian. Both emphasized the strategic benefits of this collaboration for fostering economic growth and bilateral relations.
