On December 6, 2024, the Aeon Tan An Shopping Center project held a topping-out ceremony, completing the rough construction phase 37 days ahead of schedule.

The Aeon Tan An project, invested in by Aeon Vietnam with the Kajima-Hoa Binh joint venture as the general contractor for Design & Build (D&B), is one of the key projects that not only holds commercial significance but also brings substantial economic and social benefits to the area. The Aeon Tan An Shopping Center is designed in a modern style, featuring a full range of shopping, entertainment, dining, and other services, meeting the increasing needs of people in the area and neighboring regions.
