After breaking ground on a VND 1,400 billion project in Hai Phong, Hoa Binh continues with a VND 450 billion project in Phu Quoc

On July 11th, 2025, in Phu Quoc, tỷ lệ soi kèo bóng đá, in collaboration with project developer MEYGROUP, held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the structural phase of the Meypearl Harmony Phu Quoc High-end Mixed-use Apartment Complex. The total contract value is nearly VND 450 billion.

Accordingly, tỷ lệ soi kèo bóng đá will undertake the role of General Contractor for the construction of the structural frame, and the interior and exterior finishing of the basement and main structure of the Meypearl Harmony Phu Quoc High-end Mixed-use Apartment Complex. The project comprises 3 apartment towers, each with 19 above-ground floors and 1 basement level, and 1 hotel tower, on a total construction area of 17.4 hectares. With a total contract value of nearly VND 450 billion, the project is expected to be completed within 20 months.

Located on planning lot HH01 – Hung Phat High-end Residential and Urban Area, Meypearl Harmony Phu Quoc is a mixed-use complex featuring a 5-star hotel and high-end commercial apartments. The project's design is inspired by a yacht reaching out to the vast blue sea, aspiring to become a new architectural icon of Phu Quoc island.

Previously, in early July 2025, in Hai Phong city, tỷ lệ soi kèo bóng đá held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Rose Residence Phase 2 - Hoang Huy Commerce Commercial Service Apartment Complex project, with a total contract value of nearly VND 1,400 billion. For this project, tỷ lệ soi kèo bóng đá serves as the General Contractor, undertaking the construction, finishing, and equipment installation for the entire complex.
