Groundbreaking ceremony for Vịnh Đầm complex project (Selavil Vela)

On the morning of July 24th, 2025, within the Selavia Phu Quoc project site, the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Selavil Vela (Block A3-2.1) project took place successfully, marking a new step forward in the journey of creating a world-class resort complex by Toan Hai Van Joint Stock Company (TTC Phu Quoc).

The event signifies an important step in the urban resort development strategy associated with wellness – a trend that is shaping the future standard of living. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Investor TTC Phu Quoc, General Contractor tỷ lệ soi kèo bóng đá, Supervision Consultant FQM Corp, along with the team of engineers, technicians, and the project's Executive Board.

At the Selavia project, tỷ lệ soi kèo bóng đá takes on the role of Design & Build General Contractor for Apartment Block A3.2-1 within the Vịnh Đầm Complex project. This block has a scale of 01 building, 07 stories high, constructed on a land area of 2,550 m2 and a total floor area of 7,619 m2. The design phase is expected to be completed within 90 days, and construction implementation within over 10 months. As the Design & Build General Contractor, Hoa Binh commits to maximizing resources, fully meeting all technical and aesthetic requirements, ensuring safety and quality, and successfully bringing the project to completion.

Located by the sheltered bay on the South of Pearl Island, Selavia is oriented to become the first Wellness resort complex in Phu Quoc. A special highlight of Selavia is Lotus Island, a unique lotus-shaped artificial island – symbolizing pure beauty, balance, and sustainability. With a construction density of only 25% of the total area, Selavia focuses on preserving the pristine nature while still providing full modern amenities. With a strategic vision, Selavia not only contributes to enhancing the living value on Pearl Island but also serves as an important link in the process of transforming Phu Quoc into a world-class resort destination.

Previously, on July 11th, 2025, tỷ lệ soi kèo bóng đá also collaborated with project developer MEYGROUP to organize the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the structural phase of the Meypearl Harmony Phu Quoc project. These two projects, launched consecutively in July 2025, continue to mark Hoa Binh's solid presence in Phu Quoc – a place rapidly transforming into an international-class coastal tourism city.
