tỷ lệ soi kèo bóng đá Joint Stock Company (stock code: HBC) has officially won the lawsuit against Sunshine Group Development Joint Stock Company (Sunshine Group), forcing Sunshine Group to pay outstanding debt of over 461 billion VND.

On August 25, 2025, ALB & Partners Law Limited Liability Company sent a notification to tỷ lệ soi kèo bóng đá Joint Stock Company (HBC) regarding Hoa Binh's official victory in the lawsuit against Sunshine Group Development Joint Stock Company, requiring Sunshine Group to pay outstanding debt of over 461 billion VND.

Sunshine Group must pay HBC a total amount of over 461 billion VND, including outstanding construction value of approximately 305 billion VND, contract violation penalties of over 36 billion VND, and late payment interest of nearly 120 billion VND. Additionally, Sunshine Group must bear additional late execution interest as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 468 of the 2015 Civil Code, calculated from the date of filing the execution request until completion of execution.

Previously, from 2017-2018, Hoa Binh and Sunshine Group signed construction contracts: Contract No. 0108/HOABINH/HĐXL and 0108A/HOABINH/HĐXL dated August 1, 2017; Contract No. 1903/HOABINH/HĐXL and 1903A/HOABINH/HĐXL dated March 19, 2018; and Contract No. 0208/HOABINH/HĐXL and 0208A/HOABINH/HĐXL dated August 2, 2018 to construct the following items: foundation and basement sections, main structure and finishing sections of Buildings S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6 under the High-rise Residential, Commercial Services, and Nursery Project - Nam Thang Long Urban Area (Phase II) with Sunshine Group as the investor.

To fulfill the aforementioned contracts, HBC mobilized maximum human resources and materials for continuous construction to ensure quality and meet the schedule requirements of Sunshine Group. However, after completing the work items, Sunshine Group failed to make full payment of the contractual debt. HBC sent numerous official letters requesting payment from Sunshine Group but did not receive good faith cooperation from the partner.
