Hoa Binh Commences Project on the Shores of Heritage Bay

Tower H55 is a new high-rise apartment project within the overall Halong Marina - a coastal urban area that BIM Land has consistently developed over many years, with the vision of becoming a new hub for living, working, vacationing, and experiencing in Ha Long. The project is developed on a land area of over 4,000 m², featuring 30 floors above ground and 2 basements. H55 is oriented to become a modern apartment complex with diverse product types, meeting the needs for residency, work, and enjoying bay-side urban life for various resident groups. In addition to the apartment spaces, the project focuses on developing a utility system in the spirit of balanced living, combining healthcare, sports, work, relaxation, and community connection. Upon completion, H55 is expected to add to the supply of modern high-rise apartments for Halong Marina, contributing to the completion of the urban landscape in the Bai Chay area, Ha Long.
