In the morning on July 8th, 2017, Hoa Binhorganized the topping out ceremony of Grand Riverside Project (District 4, HCMC).

Grand Riverside Projectwas commenced in March 2016.The project includes 2 basements and 22 floors. This project is invested by Hong Ha Investment and Trading JSC and developed by TienPhat Real Estate Investment JSC, whichbelongs to Hoa BinhConstruction Group JSC. Hoa Binhis the general contractor of this project. Grand Riverside Project is estimated to be completed and handed over to the customers on 31/12/2017. The Board of Leaders of the company rewarded VND60 million to all staffs of Grand Riverside Project.
