In the morning on 5th October 2016, at the event hall of Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange, Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation and Golden Lotus Securities JSC (GLS) held the Roadshow in order to provide the investors a comprehensive view about the enterprise and the potential growth of Hoa Binh's shares.

During the Roadshow, has shared about the strategic orientation of the company in the next five years 2016-2020. Accordingly, the core activity of Hoa Binh still focuses on construction. The role of general contractor is an important orientation that Hoa Binh isgradually improving. In addition, the strategic development to the international markets is a very important content that Hoa Binh is striving to implement. Currently, Hoa Binh is carrying out some steps carefully in order to expand the business to the international markets successfully. The strategy "expanding to the big sea" is not only expanding the market share, increasing the profit margin, Hoa Binh also has the opportunities to learn the experiences from foreign countries, as well as improve the capacity to help to protect the domestic market share.

In order to implement the strategic orientation successfully, the Board of Directors of the company has identified 3 main focuses to improve the competitive capacity including: advanced technology, decisive governance, corporate culture as the foundation.

Mr. Hai has also shared thatthe business plan of Hoa Binh in 2016 is very positive. It is estimated that the expected sales will increase nearly 100% compared to 2015, net profit will reach VND350 billion. The target revenue of Hoa Binh in 2020 is estimated to reach USD1 billion. This is the challenging number. However, according tothe objective forecasts of macroeconomic situationas well asthe decisive spirit of the Board of Directors of Hoa Binh and all Hoa Binh staffs, it is possible to conquer.

During the Roadshow, GLS also presented two methods to set price for Hoa Binh’s shares to help the investors to have the quantitative view about thepotential growth of Hoa Binh’s shares in the future.

The Board of Directors of Hoa Binh answered the questions from the investors about the strategic orientation, the business situation, the situation of current projects, and the plan of issuing shares for strategic shareholders.
