Ltd. and Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation (HBC) officially signed bóng đá số tỷ lệ construction package of Saigon Centre Tower project - phase 2 (District 1, HCMC). This is a new construction package that Hoa Binh plays bóng đá số tỷ lệ role of a general contractor after bóng đá số tỷ lệ basement and podium construction package.

This new construction package comprises bóng đá số tỷ lệ raw construction, finishing, mechanic and electricity for bóng đá số tỷ lệ 37-floor-tower. Total contract value is more than 1,900 billion VND. It is expected to be completed on December 2017. Saigon Centre project with six basements is a project having bóng đá số tỷ lệ deepest basement in Vietnam now (bóng đá số tỷ lệ depth is 28 m).

Total contract value is 920 billion VND. It is expected to be completed on June 2017. This is a continuous construction package that bóng đá số tỷ lệ investor assigned to Hoa Binh after bóng đá số tỷ lệ basement construction package at bóng đá số tỷ lệ end of March 2015. This project is constructed according to BCA Green Mark standards (Residential Building) with 2 basements, 2 facade towers with 34 floors, and 2 inside towers with 33 floors.
