In the morning on 4th February 2015 in Hai Phong, Hoa Binh Corporation & Real Estate Corporation (HBC) signed the construction contract of Mixed Building Project of a 4-Star Hotel, Shopping Mall & luxurious apartments SHP Plaza invested by Apachem JS Company (member of VLC Group).

n the morning on 4th February 2015 in Hai Phong, Hoa Binh Corporation & Real Estate Corporation (HBC) signed the construction contract of Mixed Building Project of a 4-Star Hotel, Shopping Mall & luxurious apartments SHP Plaza invested by Apachem JS Company (member of VLC Group). SHP Plaza Project has 2-basement & 28-floor height scale in the heart of Hai Phong City, simultaneously with investment participation of other well-known corporations such as Megastar, Accor.

Hoa Binh is the main contractor for the whole structure and architecture with total value of nearly 400 billion VND. This is also Hoa Binh’s first project in Hai Phong and the 4th one Hoa Binh has won the tenders in 2015. Not only winning projects in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, in 2015, Hoa Binh has expanded its market in Phu Quoc, Thanh Hoa, Hai Phong. Beside the fact that the real estate & construction market is in a more upbeat mood, a more important factor is efforts and statement of prestige throughout super-high buildings under Hoa Binh’s guarantee of “Endurable – Beautiful – Speedy”.
