On 7th Jan 2015, The Intercontinental Resort Phu Quoc project invested by Syrena Phu Quoc JSC has been commenced with Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation (HBC) as the main contractor.

On 7th Jan 2015, The Intercontinental Resort Phu Quoc project invested by Syrena Phu Quoc JSC has been commenced with Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation (HBC) as the main contractor. The package is expected to complete by the end of 2015. This is the third project of Hoa Binh in Phu Quoc, after the previous 2 projects JW Marriott Hotel and Star Bay Resort which has been commenced in December 2014.

Intercontinental Resort Phu Quoc Project is a 5-star hotel project, with scale of one tower of 20-storey and 5 towers of 7-storey. Hoa Binh is the main contractor of reinforced concrete for structure and basic finishing works with total value of nearly 200 billion VND. At this project, Hoa Binh expect to apply B.I.M (Building Information Modeling) solutions in construction management for effective quality, technical and cost control. Hoa Binh has been and will continue applying B.I.M solution at over than 10 projects, including large-scale projects under construction such as VietinBank Tower (Hanoi), Saigon Centre (HCMC), GEMS (Myanmar), etc…
