Afternoon of 19th December 2014, Vietnam Construction Outlook 2015 Executive Conferemce was held in Hanoi with the participation of over 200 representatives in the construction sector of the country.

As reported at the conference, Vietnam is among the countries with high competition in bidding, average profit. In 2015, the total investment is expected to increase, focusing on real estate and processing industries from multinational companies, concentrating in the neighboring province of Ho Chi Minh City and Hai Phong. On this occasion, the representatives have shared many ideas in management and corporate governance solutions to improve operational efficiency.

In particular, at the conference, Mr. Le Viet Hai – Vice President of Vietnam’s Association of Construction Contractors made a presentation on the establishment of Vietnam’s construction business leaders community. Mr. Hai said: “If you go alone you can go fast, but if you go together you can go far”. The goal of this community is to nuture and develop the next generation of construction industry leaders in Vietnam to become world class leaders.
