On the 7th of March, 2014, Hoa Binh House (HBH) and the IDE Co. Ltd signed a memorandum of cooperation in Ho Chi Minh City.

On the 7th of March, 2014, Hoa Binh House (HBH) and the IDE Co. Ltd signed a memorandum of cooperation in Ho Chi Minh City.

Under the signed terms, HBH will buy the entire 291 standard apartments, 20 penthouses and 19 shophouses from the Green Hills project, which is funded by I.D.E Co. Ltd. Also, the name will be changed from Green Hills to Green Park.

Green Park apartments are located in Vinh Loc residential areas, Binh Hung Hoa Ward , Binh Tan District , Ho Chi Minh City, including one (scale) basement and two blocks of 15 -storey. Hoa Binh is the main contractor for the unfinished and completion construction. The project has been built up to the 8th floor and is expected to be completed and handed over to the customers by March, 2015.
It is reported that the Green Park project is being implemented by HBH in the real estate trading floors at number 235 Vo Thi Sau Street, District 3 and 104 Nguyen Du Street, District 1 , Ho Chi Minh City.
