HCMC, 28/06/2013 Hoa Binh was honorably to receive “Top 50 Effective Enterprises in Vietnam”. This annual activity is organized for listing companies on Vietnam stock exchange by Investment Bridge Review with all members of Organization Board being financial analysts. The assessment is based on three criteria : over VND 500 billion capitalization; the revenue of 2010 – 2012 over VND 200 billion and profit after tax of 2010-2012 over VND 20 billion. Additionally, the Board of Survey also assesses 2 growth indices: Dual Revenue Growth; the Return on Equity and Return on Investment in three consecutive years.

Though the construction industry and real estate market have been facing many difficulties and challenges, Hoa Binh, with its efforts and determination, has got high achievements and honorably received “Top 50 Effective Enterprises in Vietnam” award . This is second year that Hoa Binh receives this award.
