Esquel Factory Perspective

Firstly, HBC is the general contractor for a new woven plant in Luong Son Industrial Park of Hoa Binh Province, investing by ESQUEL GARMENT MANUFACTURING VIET NAM – HOA BINH CO., LTD. The scopes of work include architecture, superstructure, infrastructure and MEP. This project is designed based on LEED standards, required by the U.S Green Building Council. Groundbreaking ceremony will start on July 17, 2012 and building work is supposed to complete by the end of February 2013. The contract value is over $9 million.

The second contract is Mipec Riverside Apartment located in Long Bien District, Hanoi. The investor is the Military Petro-Chemical Joint Stock Company (Mipec). This is the third contract awarded by Mipec to HBC. The contract value is nearly $4 million.

The third contract is the foundation, basement and podium work for Hilton Hotel in Da Nang City. The investor is Bach Dang Hotel Trading – Services Co., Ltd., and total contract value is more than $8 million.

Until this month, the total value of new contracts added to HBC is more than $100 million. Besides, HBC also handed over 13 projects to its clients importantly, Lotus Garden, ACC Southern Office, Hoan My Cuu Long Hospital, JW Marriott Hanoi Hotel…
