Perspective of An Giang Central Hospital Project

Hoa Binh has won 03 new contracts totaling value over VND900 billion, summing up 04 contracts signed in May.
Firstly, Hoa Binh was selected to be the general contractor for An Giang Central Hospital in Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province. It is a 600-bed size hospital which has 10 floors, and is built in 4.6 hectare land. The total value of contract is VND644 billion and it is the 10th projects Hoa Binh contributing to the Mekong Delta. Before that, Hoa Binh had its track records in healthcare construction such as Hanh Phuc International Maternity Hospital and Hoan My Cuu Long Hospital. The expected completion time for this project is about 32 months.
Secondly, the foundation, superstructure, and MEP system of Vietinbank’s Branch and Representative Office located on 93 – 95 Ham Nghi, District 1, HCMC. The 24-storey building also has 03 basements. The contract value is about VNĐ200 billion, and it will be completing in 22 months.
The third contract is the superstructure of MB Sunny Tower in District 1, HCMC. The value of this contract is VNĐ91bl that Viet R.E.M.A.X Corporation granted for Hoa Binh after Hoa Binh’s foundation building contract met the investor’s requirements in terms of quality and working schedule. The project is expecting to complete in 9 months.
