After the conference, Mr. Hai and HBC Board of Management will visit Malaysia and partner UOA’s Le Yuan project, where HBC engineers are working.

HBC and UOA signed cooperation memmorandum when President Truong Tan Sang and Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan visited Malaysia in September 2011.
