Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation (HBC) and Hanoi Southern City Development JSC has signed Times City’s T1 & T2 buildings (Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi) contract with total value of VND 480 billion. Hoa Binh is responsible for structure, superstructure and plastering works with construction duration of 400 days. Hoa Binh will commence these two packages in the end of 2011.

T1 Building (18-storey height) and T2 (20-storey height) located inside Times City project’s zone, it is classified as one of the most modern large-scale real estate projects in Hanoi.
