On 06/02/2009, Hoa Binh Corporation start working on Kenton construction- Phuoc Kieng, Nha Be. Tai Nguyen Production and Trading Company is an investor of Kenton Residences Residental Project. Hoa Binh is a main contractor of ferro-concrete and finishing work for Block G&H, including 4 blocks, each block has 23 floors of Residence area (79.140 m2). Contract value is about 220 billion Dong. Construction time is from 2/2009 to 3/2010

Project designed by Architects 61 of Singapore, Peridian Asia of Singapore designed landscape as well, Index Design is interior consultancy.

Kenton Residences located in residential areas has been planned and between two main roads such as Nguyen Huu Tho and Le Van Luong, next to Phu My Hung urban centre, FV hospital, RMIT University and high_end apartment projects are in formation processing.
