Established since 1945 in Trung Khanh, China, 1948 CEC moved to Taiwan and regularly participated in infrastructure construction. It also participated in many important projects such as hospital, office building, university, education institute, high-rise apartment. CEC used to possess largest investment project in the world with total value of USD 15 billion, it is the railway for high-speed trains, connecting the two biggest cities, Taipei and Gaosyong of Taiwan.
