+ Area 2 – The area around O Loan Bay (East of Quan Cau mountain pass and alongside Highway 1A): The land area is about 200 ha, on which a golf course, an amusement park, resorts and tourist services facilities will be built.

These 1,000,000 stocks are among the stocks offered for sale in phase 2 / 2007 and have been transferred at the price of VND 94,400/stock (equal to 80% of the market price at the time the memorandums were signed. These stocks will have time limitation of transfer from 2 to 5 years.
