On September 9, 2007 Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation was awarded the “Top Ten WTO Integration Quality Cup” at the Vietbuild Construction Expo 2007. Hoa Binh Corp is known to have surpassed almost 1,000 enterprises to earn this honor.

Apart from that, some of Hoa Binh’s subsidiaries were also awarded prizes at Vietbuild 2007: Hoa Binh Paint Ltd. (Son Hoa Binh) won the Gold Cup for Construction Brands, Gold Medal for Construction products and Gold Cup for WTO Integration Quality; Hoa Binh Wood Ltd. (Moc Hoa Binh) was awarded the Gold Cup for Construction Brands.
