On Sunday March 11, 2007, Hoa Binh Corporation organized a training course to use a software on management of subcontractors’ work quantities on site. This is a software complied by the Quality Assurance Department’s IT Unit in accordance with the construction works progress and actual payment to subcontractors at Hoa Binh’s project sites.

On Sunday March 11, 2007, Hoa Binh Corporation organized a training course to use a software on management of subcontractors’ work quantities on site. This is a software complied by the Quality Assurance Department’s IT Unit in accordance with the construction works progress and actual payment to subcontractors at Hoa Binh’s project sites.

The training session was attended by all officers in charge of technical activities on sites such as Site Manager, supervisors, quantity surveyors for subcontractors, works quantities and was specially marked by the presence of the Corporation’s General Director. The training session was combining tasks practicing on computers and sample data taken from various sites to help a better understanding and problem comprehension for attendees.

The compilation and application of such a software is a new forwarding step in the effort to computerize the Quality Management System in ISO 9001 – 2000 standards. It is worthy to notice that since the 4th trimester of 2005, Hoa Binh started to update the quality management system on its intranet and CD recorded it to distribute to all Hoa Binh’s work sites for use.
