Ho Chi Minh City, 29^th Sep 2011, Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation (HBC) has announced that it has won two contracts in Ho Chi Minh City which are:

Firstly, HBC won package of Phase 1 (514 units) and Future Phase (514 units) total 1488 units apartment with shop amenities and 1 full basement on Plot A2. Total contract value is approximately VND 800 billion. Construction duration is expected to be 15 months from commencement date. This package belongs to Celadon project (Tan Thang Residential and Sport Complex) developed by Sacomreal and Gamuda Land (Gamuda Berhad Group, a prestigious top brand with 30-year experience in urban and infrastructure development in Malaysia, India, Taiwan, etc. The project is located in Son Ky Ward, Tan Phu District, HCMC with total area of 82.5ha, and low construction density of 20%, expected to supply 8,577 flats.

Secondly, Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper’s Cultural – Professional Building project, located on 432-438 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, District 3, HCMC. Foundation and basement package value is expected to be VND 40 billion with construction duration of 157 days.

Furthermore, Hoa Binh has signed strategic cooperation agreement with FLC Hanoi Group, a group with multiple operating activities concentrating on three fields including real estate, financial investment, mining exploration and mineral processing. The Group is developing large-scale projects in Hanoi and local areas including FLC Landmark Tower project performed by Hoa Binh, main contractor. This cooperation will be a great step for HBC to expand its construction activities stably in the North.
