On 30^th Jun 2011, “Representative Office and Trading Center” project Signing Ceremony took place in Hanoi. The project is located on 20 Cong Hoa, Tan Binh District, HCMC. Mr. Nguyen Van An, Deputy General Director of tỷ lệ bóng đá hom nay disclosed that Hoa Binh wins contract of superstructure work with total contract value of VND 100 billion. Mipec Land Joint Stock Company, the developer, continues to award this contract to Hoa Binh after its perfect performance on the underground works. The project is expected to be completed in the end of 2011.

Total construction area is 1ha, consisting of 15 stories with 5 storeys as trading center and 10 storeys for offices.

Hoa Binh also continues to be awarded Thao Loan Plaza contract for superstructure works in Binh Hung Hoa, Binh Chanh District, HCMC with total contract value of approximately VND 54 billion. The project is developed by Thao Loan Construction Investment Trading Housing Co., Ltd.
