On 29 November 2010, Hoa Binh House Corporation (HBH, HBC’s subsidiary) and Duc Khai Corporation have signed contract of capital contribution in real estate aspect. And HBH has invested in 240 flats of Era Tower with Duc Khai Corporation, the owner of the project.
