The Crescent Pool Area project is a trading complex center project, lying on the riverside aiming at serving life activities and amenities of large scale in the Phu My Hung New Urban Area, and being the largest scope project in Vietnam up to the present moment, located in the Phu My Hung New Urban Area in the New Saigon South Urban Area.

The hole project includes the CR3, CR4, CR5 and CR8 contrat packages, consiting of 4  7- story high rise buiilding, of which is 1 building of 9,590 m2 floor area for offices and rent, and the 3 other buildings with 267 apartments as high – class residential units with really modern design, supplemented by a certain tropical region architectual style. 
 

 

 
Hoabinh is the main contractor for construction of the 2 CR5 and CR8  packeages with the construction time duration of 12 months, total contract value of 458, 938,660,860 dong.

 

All thinkings on the projects development come from ideas, considerations, disscussions by the General Directorate of PMH JV and architects from 12 different contries in the world, contractors, marketers, and consultants. The design planning phase of the project lasted almost 2 years and all contributors recommendations were combined to become the final project planning in 2007.
 
Mr John Kriten of SOM Company ( Skidmore, Owings & Merrill), coming from San Francisco, has recommended an orientation to the planning group during deliberations to assure a connection and harmony concept between this Crescent Pool Area and the whole Saigon South Urban Area. The overall construction planning of the whole urban area has also been the work for Mr. Kriken and SOM Company for its main part. The particular feature of this project is providing residents and visitors here with an easy access to the 3rd floor by a skyway for pedestrians, connecting all building for the comples at the 3rd floor.
