On the 23rd March, 2007 Hoa tỷ lệ bóng đá 88 com Joint Stock Corporation signed an agreement of cooperation in investment and construction of the apartment buildings of the tỷ lệ bóng đá 88 com Chieu – Thu Duc project with Thu Duc Housing Development Company, the project investor. These buildings are part of The tỷ lệ bóng đá 88 com Chieu residential area of Thu Duc District. This is a big project which occupies a 15 ha area comprising clusters of townhouses, villas, green parks and high-rise buildings. In the plan to carry out the whole building project with the consultation on design by foreign consultants, Hoa tỷ lệ bóng đá 88 com Corp is cooperation partner. Hoa tỷ lệ bóng đá 88 com Corp. is to build 2 clusters of multi-storey buildings with 340 apartments in 8 blocks. Each block is a 15-storey high -rise.

Since the beginning of 2007, Hoa tỷ lệ bóng đá 88 com Corp has continually won contracts for big projects such as the following:

     - Horizon Tower project: With a contract value of over VND 210 billion , Horizon Tower is a commercial complex comprising a 25-storey high-rise of 277 apartments of diverse designs and sizes, a parking basement, supermarkets, swimming pools, amusement park, kindergarten, community house, restaurants, post office…to serve the inhabitants in the high-rise and in nearby areas. In this project Hoa tỷ lệ bóng đá 88 com is to take care of every phase from structural, architectural building to the finish phase of interior decoration and installation of electrical and water systems.
