On 6th March 2015, Hoa Binh Corporation celebrated the topping out ceremony of tỷ lệ bóng đá cúp c1 Condominium project in Yangon, Myanmar. The project is developed by Capital Development Limited (CDL), including four 21-storey blocks, one 5-storey parking building, located at Insein Road, Hlaing District, Yangon, Myanmar.

Construction was started on August 2013. After 19 months of construction, with a sense of responsibility and experience of a company with 28 years in the industry, Hoa Binh had worked hard to fulfill the role of project management, along with the construction unit of the investor (Capital Construction Limited) work in progress according to mordern standards. Specifically, Hoa Binh has succeeded in project management, improve productivity and efficiency of work for local contractors, shorten concrete progress from 19 days/ floor to 6 days/ floor.

By the efforts and dedication, Hoa Binh’s engineer team has successfully completed their tasks at the tỷ lệ bóng đá cúp c1 Condominium project, thereby contributing to the position and image of Hoa Binh – one of a first few Vietnamese contractors pioneering into the international market and achieved certain success. tỷ lệ bóng đá cúp c1 is the first project of Hoa Binh in Myanmar as well as the first project where a Vietnamese contractor provide construction management services in Myanmar.

The same day, Hoa Binh has commenced SHP Plaza project at No. 12 Lach Tray, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City which consists of 28 floors and 2 basements by Asian Real Estate, Paint and Chemicals Joint Stock Company (belonging to VLC Group) as an investor. Hoa Binh is the main contractor of the whole structure and architecture with total value of nearly 400 billion VND. This is the first project of Hoa Binh in Hai Phong City.
