On December 16th, 2014, Star Bay Resort project (North of Phu Quoc Island) was commenced with Star Bay Company Vietnam Limited as an investor. In this project, tỷ lệ bóng đá cúp c1 Construction & Real Estate Corporation assumed the role of D&B Contractor (Design & Build) for the resort which includes 250 hotel rooms and 50 bungalows with 5 star international standard.

On December 16th, 2014, Star Bay Resort project (North of Phu Quoc Island) was commenced with Star Bay Company Vietnam Limited as an investor. In this project, tỷ lệ bóng đá cúp c1 Construction & Real Estate Corporation assumed the role of D&B Contractor (Design & Build) for the resort which includes 250 hotel rooms and 50 bungalows with 5 star international standard. This is the first project of tỷ lệ bóng đá cúp c1 designs and construct, which will bring many advantages for investors and contractors during project implementation. Therefore, D&B will be a form of contract that companies look toward in the future.

Earlier, on December 6th, 2014, the JW Marriot Hotel (Ecotourism and Luxury Beach Resort Bai Khem Phu Quoc Sun project) has been commenced. This project is invested by Phu Quoc Sun Company Limited with tỷ lệ bóng đá cúp c1 as the main contractor for foundation part from block B1 to B8 of JW Marriot Hotel with an initial total value over 72 billion VND.

According to the master plan, the Eco-resort and luxury resort Bai Khem Phu Quoc Sun with the area of over 138 ha will be divided into 4 projects with well known brands from experienced hotel and restaurant management groups in the world such as JW Marriot, Intercontinental, Sofitel, Pullman. After completion, the project promises to be one of the most famous eco-tourism destination in Vietnam with top utilities and services.

Untill now, tỷ lệ bóng đá cúp c1 has joined 3 projects in the potential tourism market in Phu Quoc.
