On the morning of 24 July 2014, Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation has held groundbreaking ceremony of Capital Garden Trade Center, Offices and Apartments project (102 Truong Chinh, Phuong Mai Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi) by Kinh Do Hotel Co., Ltd.

On the morning of 24 July 2014, Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation has held groundbreaking ceremony of Capital Garden Trade Center, Offices and Apartments project (102 Truong Chinh, Phuong Mai Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi) by Kinh Do Hotel Co., Ltd.

The project has 3 basements and 25 floors. Hoa Binh is the main contractor for the structure with a total value of nearly 170 billion VND, expected to complete within 8 months. Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Le Viet Hai, CEO of Hoa Binh committed to complete the project on time, safely and with the highest quality as per the investor’s expectation.
