On the 11th of June, 2014, the Nguyen Kim Apartment – Block B project was commenced at Ward 7, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City. The investor of the project is Saigon Real Estate Corporation. Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation (HBC) is the main contractor and responsible for foundation construction. The total value for this project is VND 147 billion.

Nguyen Kim Apartment is for resettle resident, with the scale of 2 basement, 30 floors with totally 765 units. There is also a kindergarten of 2,900 meters squared and a playground. The apartment is situated in District 10 and expected to be completed in a 30-month period. The project is aimed to serve residents who are in need of on-spot relocation due to damaged old apartments, which is in the status of emergency relief.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Danh – Deputy Director of Department of Construction in Ho Chi Minh City, indicated that there are 40 old apartments that are in need of renovation in District 10 out of 200 ones in Ho Chi Minh City. Nguyen Kim Apartments is in the series of the projects which are in need of renovation across the city. Mr. Danh also believes that this project will be completed on expected schedule and meet the quality assurance requirements since it is under reputable management from RESCO, in collaboration with Hoa Binh Construand He believes that this project because the investor is branded and reputable contractors RESCO and HBC.

In retribution of the expectation from authorized agencies and investors, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tho – Deputy Director of HBC – pledged that HBC will do their utmost to complete the project on time with quality and safety assurance.
