On the 1st of April, 2014, Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation (HBC) commenced two new projects as main contractor: ICON 56 condominium and Galaxy 9 Apartment.

On the 1st of April, 2014, Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation (HBC) commenced two new projects as main contractor: ICON 56 condominium and Galaxy 9 Apartment.

The Galaxy 9 Apartment (Nguyen Khoai Street, District 4) owned by Thuan Viet Construction & Investment Co. Ltd. includes one basement and two 21-floor buildings. Hoa Binh is responsible for foundation part, finishing works and MEP system with a total contract value of over VND 350 billion. The expected completion date is on November, 2015.

The ICON 56 condominium (Ben Van Don, District 4) is owned by Novaland Group JSC and includes two basements with 25-floor building. Hoa Binh is responsible for the structure, finishing works and MEP system with a total contract value of over VND 170 billion. The expected completion date is on September, 2015.

Moreover, the Green Park project (Vinh Loc residential area, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City) was also deployed. In March, Hoa Binh House (HBH) – a subsidiary company of HBC – signed an agreement to buy the whole 330 units of Green Hills Apartments, which is owned by I.D.E Co. Ltd. Also, the name will be changed from Green Hills to Green Park. The project is in progress up to 8th floor and is scheduled for completion in March, 2015.
