In the morning of 25th, December, 2013, Hoa Binh conducted a groundbreaking ceremony for the project in strengthen investments infrastructure and capacity of the Technical Quality Measurement Centre at bloc C, Cat Lai Industrial Zone, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.

The project is funded by the Quality Assurance in Measurement Standards Center 3. This is an office building with one ground floor and three floors. The total area is approximately 17,900 meters square. Hoa Binh is the main contractor and responsible for internal elements and the ME system. The total value of the contract is over VND 140 billion, and is expected to be completed by December, 2014.
