The Linh Trung condominium project is funded by the Joint Stock Company Real Estate ViNa (Land Saigon) with an area of over 4,000 meter square and consisted of two blocks called A and B. In particular, 1st floor and mezzanine are used for commercial purposes such as offices for rent, community hall and kindergartens. From the 2nd to the 14th floor are divided into 259 apartments including 83 one-bedroom apartments, 158 two-bedroom apartments and 18 three-bedroom apartments. The project is aimed to solve the housing needs of suburban and workers working in industrial zones of District 9 and District Thu Duc.
