This morning of 30th Oct 2013, Hoa Binh has commenced Festive Retail – Plot A2-02 in Gamuda City, Phap Van Street, Yen So Ward, Hoang Mai District, Ha Noi.

This morning of 30th Oct 2013, Hoa Binh has commenced Festive Retail – Plot A2-02 in Gamuda City, Phap Van Street, Yen So Ward, Hoang Mai District, Ha Noi.

The project is developed by Gamuda Land Vietnam LLC with 5 stories and 6 blocks. Hoa Binh is the main contractor for the whole package including structural, finishing and M&E works with total value of 160 billion VND.

After its success at Celadon City project (HCMC) developed by Sacombank Tan Thang (joint with Gamuda Land Malaysia), Hoa Binh has been trusted by Gamuda Land Vietnam for this Festive Retail project. Construction is expected to finish by May 2014.
