In the morning of 06/03/2013, Hoa Binh organised the Commencement Ceremony of 2 new projects, including Green Hills Apartments – Vinh Loc 5A in HCMC and College and Junior School of Pegasus Educational – Commercial and Residential Complex Project in Danang City. Hoa Binh is the main contractor of these projects.

Green Hills Apartment – Vinh Loc 5A project has 1 basement and 2 blocks of 15 floors which is located inVinh Loc residential zone, Binh Hung Hoa ward, Binh Tan District, HCMC and invested by I.D.E Vietnam Co., Ltd. Hoa Binh is the main contractor of this project with total contract value of about 115 billion dong. The project is expected to complete within 11 months. Hoa Binh House also signed agreement to be the exclusive distributor of 333 apartments here.

Pegasus Education – Commercial and Houses Complex project is built on 1.7 ha area in New Residential Zone – Phu My An, Hoa Hai ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Danang City and invested by Pegasus Consulting and Investment Corporation (Kinder World Education – Singapore). In the first phase, Hoa Binh will take care of structure, finishing works and M&E of 2 main blocks of College (4 floors), Junior School (5 floors) and auxiliary articles (pumping station, communication route…). The total value contract is 70 million dong and expected to complete in 7 months.
