On 16^th Feb 2012, Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation organized Dong Phuong Restaurent project Commencement Ceremony (421 – 423 Ngo Gia Tu, Ward 9, District 5, HCMC). The project consists of 2 basements, 3 storeys on an area of 4,000m² with Tam Nhan Duc Trading Services Co., Ltd as the developer.

Hoa Binh is the main contractor for basement and superstructure works with total contract value of VND 60 billion. Construction is expected to complete in September 2012. The project will become one of the largest wedding restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City.
