On 30^th July 2011, Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation has organized Commencement Ceremony of MB Sunny Tower project at 259 Tran Hung Dao, Co Giang Ward, District 1, HCMC. The project is developed by Viet R.E.M.A.X Corporation and funded by Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

Total investment capital is estimated at USD 25 million. MB Sunny Tower is located in the heart of city with 22 floors overground and 3 basements.

Hoa Binh won the trust of developer to become the main contractor for foundation and basement. Total contract value is approximately VND 50 billion and construction duration is expected to be 180 days. At the signing ceremony, Mr. Dang Quoc Tien, Chairman of Viet R.E.M.A.X Corporation expressed his trust in Hoa Binh’s prestige and that he believed he found the best contractor for the project. Mr. Truong Quang Nhat, Deputy General Director of Hoa Binh committed to concentrate all resources to ensure the safety as well as quality and progress required by the developer.
