Times Square Commercial Building Complex project Topping out Ceremony took place at 22- 36 Nguyen Hue, District 1, HCMC on 22^ndJun 2011.

The project includes 3 basements, 40 stories located on two transportation axes, Nguyen Hue and Dong Khoi, developed by Times Square Joint Stock Company, with Hoa Binh as subcontractor for structural work with total construction area of 88,641m² and construction duration of 14 months.

According to state-of-the-art requirements of developer and limitation of construction duration due to truck traffic prohibition on Tet holiday, Hoa Binh concentrated all resources to speed up construction but still ensured project’s requirements. From construction speed of 6 days/floor, it decreased to 5 days/floor and then 4 days/floor. Particularly, Hoa Binh achieved record of 3 days/floor on the 38^th floor due to appropriate construction technologies and resources management. Therefore, Hoa Binh completed structural work and handed over on schedule.
